CARIPE currently ships within the United States.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and destination. Current options include Standard shipping, free Standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more, and Express shipping where available.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an address issue after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Returns

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us through our Contact page before returning any item.

To be considered for a return, products should be unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging. Return eligibility is reviewed based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the order and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
